Spaghetti Bolongonese

Ingredients:
Spaghetti:500 gms
Tomato Puree:2cups
Onions: 1 large chopped very finely\
Garlic: 2 pods chopped finely
Bay leaves(Tez patta):1tsp powdered
Oregano:1tsp
Basil:1 tbsp
Butter:2 tbsp
Olive oil:1 tbsp
Cheese: grated 1 cup
Pepper:As per your taste
Salt: As per your taste
Water

Meat Balls:
Mutton Mince(Kheema): 250 gms
Cheese:grated 1 cup
Onions: 1 large chopped finely
Garlic:2 large pod  chopped finely
Salt: As per your taste
Pepper: As per your taste
Basil: 1tsp
Bay leaves (Tez patta): 1tsp
Oil:to fry

Method:

Cook the spaghetti as per packet instructions.
In a bowl mix the ingredients to make meat balls one after the other.Mix it well into a dough like form and rolls them into balls.Now take a deep sauce pan,pour the oil to deep fry the meat balls.Once fried put them onto an absorbent paper.

In another saucepan.heat the butter and olive oil.Add the garlic, onions and saute them.Now add the tomato puree.once its half cooked add the basil,oregano,bay leaves,salt and pepper.Please check on salt as you have already added in the meat balls.Be a little careful while adding salt as it might make it very salty.Now add the fried meat balls and bring it to boil.You can add a little water if you think the sauce is very thick. Once cooked take it out in a serving bowl

Plate the spaghetti with a serving of the meat ball sauce and grated cheese garnished with basil leaf and a drizzle of olive oil.

Serve hot

Note:

Be a little careful while adding salt to the sauce as you would add it in the meat balls.Be a little cautious so that the sauce doesnt get too salty.Vegetarians can use soya granules as it has got the same texture as mutton mince.
